About the Role
LHH Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator to support day-to-day operations at our NE Portland office. This is a full-time, onsite contract role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the go-to person for office logistics and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office operations, maintenance, and vendor relations.
- Coordinate and schedule building projects and office events including catering for lunches, happy hours, and leadership meetings.
- Manage purchasing and procurement processes, including PO creation and purchasing support.
- Oversee shipping and receiving, mail handling, and general office upkeep.
- Provide administrative support for contracts and agreements.
- Maintain a structured and organized workspace, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and take initiative.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and deliverables throughout the week.
- Experience with SAP or similar purchasing systems preferred.
- Open to candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience.
Pay Details: $21.00 to $24.00 per hour
