Successful Construction Company located in Atlanta is looking for an Office Manager to work with the Executive Vice President and handle daily administrative tasks as well as report generation and project work. Our client has been in the Atlanta area for over 65 years and is well known for being a leader in their industry.
This position will encompass many different tasks so a well rounded candidate looking to stay busy would thrive in this environment. They should be well-organized and comfortable assisting with special projects as needed. Additionally this individual should be able to provide data analysis and monthly reporting from multiple departments within the company using excel or other proprietary software programs and draft documents for presentations as well as necessary meeting preparations.
Responsibilities
- Calendar management for executives
- Aid executive in preparing for meetings
- Assist in Company event planning and organizing
- Provide document creation for the presentations from the teams\' prepared information
- Assist with special projects, coordinating resources and tracking progress
- General office management such as overseeing office supplies, equipment, and other administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Advanced Word and Excel
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Ability to perform independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
