This is a full-time, on-site role for an experienced Office Manager, located in Alpharetta, GA. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing office equipment, providing administrative assistance, scheduling jobs and ensuring efficient dispatching. This role also includes handling customer service queries and maintaining effective communication with clients and team members. Candidate will be fully trained.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Office Administration
- Experience with Office Equipment Management
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Technologically Proficient and Strong Logistic skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 2+ years of Office Admin/Management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
