Overview
The Office Coordinator is responsible for being the first point of contact for all visitors to Rosendin’s Orchard Parkway office.
What You’ll Do
- Answer, screen and forward calls as needed.
- Provide callers with information such as company address, directions, website and other related information.
- Maintain physical security by following procedures and controlling access for visitors (monitor sign in and sign out).
- Keeps the reception area and break room neat and clean.
- Manage calendars and schedule conference rooms and hotel space.
- Oversee and process day-to-day administrative items: sort, distribute and prepare mail.
- Plan office and social events, such as luncheons and happy hours.
- Onboarding Ambassador backup; maintain stock of shipping/mailing supplies; order and stock office supplies.
- Order, handle receiving and restocking food, beverages and supplies in the break room.
- Work with outside vendors to contact and schedule work or repairs at the office.
- May support other teams in the Orchard office.
- Other duties may be assigned as needed.
What You’ll Need To Be Successful
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One or more years of work experience, preferably in Office Coordinator or Front Desk roles.
- Combination of training, education and relevant work experience that is equivalent.
Competencies
- Basic typing and office skills; solid MS Office skills.
- Experience with Oracle or Workday is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with changing priorities.
- Ability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines with a positive attitude.
- Effective oral and written communication; self-motivated, proactive and a team player.
- Professional interaction with all levels of employees, vendors and clients.

Pay Range
$22.30-$29.50 Hourly
