What You’ll Be Doing
- Daily Operations: Supervise all practice activities and ensure effective coverage for all positions. Manage opening and closing duties including reconciling daily financials. Manage supply inventory and serve as the primary contact for the practice. Oversee internal billing invoices, maintain CPR certifications, and ensure office policies, including safety and compliance, are followed. Utilize tools and resources such as Workday, myLearning, metric software, and P&L reports to run the office effectively.
- Communication & Leadership: Plan, organize, and facilitate a daily morning huddle with all team members and hold additional team meetings as appropriate. Develop and maintain positive relationships with doctors and regional managers to ensure effective communication across all levels of the company.
- Practice Performance: Aim to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly performance metrics. Ensure end-of-day, weekly, monthly, and quarterly tracking and reporting is accurate and accessible to doctors and upper management. Monitor and report on weekly/monthly KPIs. Align with quarterly IMPACT goals and report outcomes to Regional Manager and Doctors as requested.
- Team Member Management & Support: Supervise all team members, manage HRIS-related activities, performance management, and conflict resolution. Provide ongoing guidance, coaching, and support. Facilitate cross-training for professional development and office efficiency. Oversee recruiting, hiring, onboarding, schedules, payroll, and time & attendance; maintain up-to-date appointment scheduling aligned with office hours and doctor availability.
- Patient Support & Guidance: Maintain courteous, empathetic, and professional communication with patients. Oversee a responsive telephone system, manage patient flow, and assist wherever needed. Support patient treatment acceptance and ensure attention to detail to minimize complaints.

- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable troubleshooting technical issues, liaising with IT, and using Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
- Problem Solver: Proactive in overcoming obstacles and engaging the team in issue resolution; able to mediate conflicts professionally and objectively.
- Collaborative Spirit: Thrive in team environments and cross-functional collaboration.
Compensation: $60,000-$65,000
