We are seeking an Office Manager to join our team. You will play a key role in the growth and expansion of the local franchise by managing proposals, scheduling and overseeing project installations, supporting marketing efforts, and maintaining financial records.
Office Manager Perks and Benefits:

  • Yearly salary range: $40,000 to $55,000, depending on experience
Responsibilities:
  • Develop trust with customers by embodying our Core Values
  • Provide exceptional service to create satisfied customers
  • Convert leads into appointments and follow up on proposals
  • Maintain an organized showroom and office
  • Support local marketing initiatives and community engagement
  • Resolve customer conflicts effectively
Operations (Production):
  • Coordinate weekly meetings with sales staff
  • Order products accurately and track deliveries
  • Schedule jobs to meet customer and installer timelines
  • Communicate with installers and customers about job start times
  • Update job progress and details regularly
  • Obtain written approval for any scope changes
  • Confirm work scope and payment with installers before starting
  • Maintain daily updates in Salesforce/production board
Financial Management:
  • Complete job costing forms for each project
  • Update QuickBooks daily with income and expenses
  • Manage timely payments of expenses
Continuous Improvement:
  • Attend weekly owner meetings
  • Submit weekly reports
  • Work towards set goals monthly and weekly
  • Participate in training seminars as needed
  • Align decisions with company values and mission
Qualifications:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills; bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • 1-3 years in a customer-facing role; home improvement or in-home sales experience is a plus
  • Organized, detail-oriented, capable of multitasking
  • Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
  • Ability to work independently
