Senior Project Manager

Are you a seasoned construction professional with a passion for transforming spaces and leading complex projects? One of my clients are looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee high-impact projects including adaptive reuse, multi-family developments, and tenant improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
  • Manage project teams, subcontractors, and client relationships to ensure quality, budget, and schedule goals are met.
  • Utilize Procore to manage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, schedules, and financials.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to drive project success.
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to junior project staff.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably with a GC.
  • Proven track record in adaptive reuse, multi-family, and tenant improvement projects.
  • Strong proficiency in Procore and other project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
