Akkodis is seeking an Automation Tester for a contract with a client in Nashville, TN. Candidates must have hands-on experience with automation testing tools and frameworks to be considered for this position.
Rate Range: $49/hour to 64/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Automation Tester job responsibilities include:
- Design and develop automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks to validate software functionality.
- Execute automated test cases for regression, performance, and functional testing across various environments.
- Collaborate with developers and QA teams to identify test requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Analyze test results and report defects, working closely with development teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain and update automation frameworks to support evolving application features and technologies.
- Participate in continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) processes, integrating automated tests into pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in automation testing and QA processes.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and experience integrating automated tests using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
Pay Details: $49.00 to $64.00 per hour
