Overview LHH is partnering with a cutting-edge, fast-paced organization in San Jose, CA in search of two Executive Assistants to support senior leadership. This is a unique opportunity to join a team of creative minds where presence, communication, and adaptability are key. The ideal candidates bring at least 4 years of experience supporting C-level or VP-level executives. Confidence and professionalism are essential.
Base pay range $63.00/hr - $67.00/hr
Key Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative support to C-level and VP-level executives
Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones
Order and coordinate team lunches and events
Prepare and submit expense reports
Plan and execute team events and offsites
Handle ad hoc tasks to ensure executive success
Qualifications Minimum 4 years of experience supporting C-level and/or VP-level executives
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Professional presence and confidence in working with senior leadership
Experience with calendaring, expense reporting, and event coordination
Collaborative mindset is a must

Pay Rate: $63–$67/hour (DOE)
