- Salary range $65,000-$75,000 annually, based on experience
- 12-hour rotating schedule 2-2-3

What you will do:
As a Production Supervisor in manufacturing, you will:
- Learn the process of producing closures by training in all areas of production
- Supervise production employees, ensuring product quality and compliance with safety standards
- Apply and enforce written safety procedures and monitor work areas for compliance
- Use SPC tools and quality methods such as diagrams, flowcharts, run charts, control charts and testing methods
- Drive productivity by managing equipment, enforcing SOP's and maintaining production standards
- Develop, mentor and supervisor employees to ensure performance and growth
- Direct and assign work, administer labor contracts and foster a positive workplace culture
- Communicate effectively to maintain a safe, efficient and successful manufacturing culture

What you will need to have:
- Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Associate or bachelor's degree strongly preferred
