What You’ll Do

• Serve as the lead person on a production line, ensuring smooth workflow and timely output.
• Answer team questions, address bottlenecks, and escalate issues quickly to keep production moving.
• Monitor quality and ensure processes are followed to meet safety and production standards.
• Support training of team members and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
