Overview

Now Hiring: Production Associates – Rochester, NY. Temporary position with potential for long-term opportunity. Base pay range: $17.00/hr – $17.50/hr.

Location: Rochester, NY

Schedule: A shift (Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM); B shift (Sunday–Thursday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM). Mandatory overtime as needed during peak seasons.

We’re hiring dependable and detail-oriented Production Associates to support a busy manufacturing facility in Rochester. This role includes hands-on training and growth potential with opportunities to advance in the production industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Support production operations with tasks such as collation, labeling, binning, and verifying
• Assist with quality control and preparing orders for shipment
• Communicate delays or issues to leads or supervisors
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Meet daily production goals and timelines
• Participate in overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a fast-paced industrial or manufacturing setting preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Willingness to learn new skills and assist in different areas as needed
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work well in a team environment

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
• Able to sit, stand, walk frequently, and bend occasionally
• Comfortable working in a production/factory environment
