Job Requirements

• Manage the daily operations of the production line according to the defined targets in quality, cost, delivery and safety to ensure reliability and consistency on the line
• Oversee daily operations of the production line and front line manufacturing employees within allocated departments
• Provide direction in resource allocation, production issues relocation and operator training, deployment and coordination
• Select, hire, train, develop and provide ongoing leadership and feedback to assigned areas of the hourly population
• Coordinate employees and operations across all three shifts via production supervisors and team leads allocated to each shift
• Drive cycle/lead time improvements and implement cost control/reduction strategies

Work Experience

Bachelor's degree required

3-5 years experience in Production Supervision preferably in a manufacturing environment
