• End Date: January 24, 2026
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Nursing Shifts: Rotating 12-hour shifts (3p-3a and/or 7p-7:30a; no opposite shifts back-to-back)
• Weekend & Holiday Rotation: Required
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2430 - $2490

Emergency Room Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room nursing experience
• Active Massachusetts RN license
• Current certifications: AHA BCLS, ACLS, TNCC, and PALS
• 2025-2026 flu vaccine required at time of submission (attestation accepted if not current; declinations not accepted)
• Must not have worked perm/travel/PRN for any Beth Israel facility within the past six months
• Facility is not accepting local candidates

ER RN Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in a fast-paced emergency department
• Assess, triage, and manage acute and urgent medical conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Administer medications, perform clinical procedures, and document nursing care accurately
• Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as scheduled
