Locum Tenens Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) – Travel Nursing Job in Denver, Colorado (80220). Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in the Operating Room, ensuring patient safety and comfort during surgical procedures
- Assist with a wide range of elective surgeries, including Ortho/Spine, General, Cardiovascular, Plastics, GYN, Robotics, and Urology cases
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals
- Document patient care accurately using Meditech EMR
- Follow all unit guidelines, hospital policies, and best practices
- Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Colorado or compact state)
- Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room nursing experience
- Experience with elective surgical cases: Ortho/Spine, General Surgery, Cardiovascular (CV), Plastics, GYN, Robotics, Urology
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ortho/Spine and Cardiovascular (CV) experience preferred
