Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to individuals recovering from complex medical conditions
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans
• Monitor patient progress, document care accurately in the Pinpoint EHR system, and adjust care plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation, recovery processes, and self-care strategies
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and positive environment for patients and staff

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) license – required
• BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (rehabilitation nursing experience preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient care skills
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in a fast-paced healthcare environment
