FSQ Technician
Shift hours
- 3rd shift — 10:30pm to 6:30am
- Currently hiring for 3rd shift
Schedule Pattern
- Monday – Friday and every 3rd weekend
Pay
- $28.15 per hour
- Pay for skill program – increase to $30.99 once advanced level is reached

Our Milwaukee manufacturing site is located in a big city with big-city amenities and a lower cost of living. What your day will look like
- Creating high quality foods that are eaten everyday, nationwide
- Using technology in a leading facility
- Working with high-level operators on experienced teams and sharing knowledge with learners who are willing to grow and get paid for it
- Challenging yourself to get the job done right and gain skills for future opportunities
- Inspecting incoming raw materials, performing required analytical/physical testing and COA comparison
- Evaluating in-process and finished products and performing required analytical/physical testing
- Managing and leading foreign material investigations and resolutions
- Managing hold processes
- Conducting equipment inspections during shutdowns or changeovers and sanitation
- Monitoring product safety devices (e.g., screens, magnets, metal detectors)
- Managing sensory programs
- Coordinating and communicating quality data to operations
- Providing guidance and support for all plant employees on quality parameters, product requirements, and regulatory/food safety concerns
- Performing additional tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in a manufacturing/production environment preferred
- Ability to solve diverse procedural problems within well-defined standards by selecting from learned responses
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Maximo (CMMS)
Physical requirements
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Perform physical tasks for extended periods (standing, walking, climbing, bending, pushing, pulling, twisting)
- Climb and/or work at heights using stairs, ladders, lifts, or platforms
- Wear protective gear such as safety shoes, masks, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard hat, hair/beard net, gloves when required
- Adhere to grooming requirements for a food manufacturing environment
- Work in hot, cold, noisy, dusty, wet conditions and around high-speed machinery
- Work with potential allergens present in a food environment
