Akkodis is seeking a Project Manager for a contract with a client in Dallas, TX. Candidates must have proven experience as a SAFe Release Train Engineer with strong Agile and Lean-Agile process knowledge to be considered.
Rate Range: $41/hour to 53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Project Manager job responsibilities include:
- Plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage resources to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies or traditional project meetings, depending on the project methodology.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; PMP or Agile certification preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience in managing IT or business projects.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, project tracking tools, and stakeholder communication.
Pay Details: $41.00 to $53.00 per hour
