Position Join our Global Liquidity Solutions team as a Money Market Portfolio Manager, focusing on US government and Treasury money market funds. The team manages $215B in assets and is the 11th largest in the industry. This role requires a hybrid work model, with in-office presence 3 days a week. Locations: Minneapolis, MN, San Francisco, CA. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of specific money market funds, including trading US Treasury securities, agency securities, and repurchase agreements. Contribute to the development and implementation of investment strategies. Represent the team, funds, and strategies to clients, prospects, and industry peers to grow assets under management. Author commentaries and develop investment-related materials for internal and external audiences. Build and maintain relationships with external trading counterparties and internal teams such as credit research, operations, legal, and compliance. Provide backup support to other fund portfolio managers. Candidate Profile We seek a motivated candidate with strong technical and communication skills, a team-oriented attitude, and attention to detail. Required Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in fixed income markets, portfolio management, or related fields. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills. Understanding of credit risk and risk management. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Leadership qualities, quick thinking, and a collaborative mindset. Technical proficiency with investment systems, Bloomberg, Excel, and PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, statistics, accounting, math, or related fields. Knowledge of SEC Rule 2a7 governing money market funds. CFA designation or interest in pursuing it. Base salary range: $150,000 - $175,000, with potential incentives based on performance.
