Project Manager - Construction

Job Description Project Manager - Construction Lead and manage interior construction projects ranging from small fit-outs to large-scale renovations. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and scope of work. Oversee subcontractor selection, contract negotiations, and performance. Coordinate with architects, engineers, designers, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance. Identify and resolve project challenges quickly to minimize delays or cost overruns. Prepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation to stakeholders. Ensure project closeout, including punch lists, warranties, and client handoff General knowledge of building and construction codes Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of project management experience in interior construction or fit-out projects. Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam). OSHA certification or other safety training a plus.
