Who Are You?
As a Technical Consultant at Movemedical, you will lead the design and delivery of advanced integration solutions that connect Movemedical’s SaaS platform with enterprise systems across the Medical Device industry. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor to customer IT teams, guiding integration architecture, data strategy, data analysis, testing frameworks, and deployment readiness for high-impact implementations. This role combines deep technical acumen with consultative leadership. You’ll own complex integration initiatives, provide architectural guidance, troubleshoot sophisticated data and system issues, and mentor Technical Consultants across multiple client programs. Responsibilities
5+ years of technical consulting, solutions engineering, or customer facing systems integration experience in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment Deep expertise in REST APIs, SFTP, JSON/XML, data transformations Strong hands-on skills with Postman/SoapUI (or similar), scripting tools (e.g., Python, Bash), data validation in Excel/SQL, and system testing tools Demonstrated success in delivering enterprise-grade integrations across ERP, CRM, and logistics systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Salesforce) Ability to manage technical complexity, resolve ambiguity, and drive alignment across internal and client teams Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including client-facing documentation and technical diagrams Proficiency with collaboration tools like Office 365, JIRA, Confluence, and Slack Willingness to travel up to 25% for onsite discovery, validation, and deployment support Nice to Haves
Experience in regulated or healthcare environments (Medical Device industry preferred) Familiarity with data governance, security protocols (e.g., HIPAA, SOC2), and system audit trails Experience with integration middleware platforms (e.g., Boomi, Mulesoft, SnapLogic) Experience leading or contributing to cross-functional delivery teams Working knowledge of Agile delivery models and software development lifecycle (SDLC) What You’ll Do
Serve as the technical point of contact for large-scale enterprise engagements Lead technical discovery with customer IT teams to define integration strategy, data architecture, and deployment plans Advise clients on best practices for system interoperability, security, and performance at scale Present integration architecture and technical project plans to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Design and validate complex integrations across APIs, SFTP, flat-file exchanges, and middleware platforms Define and enforce standards for data mapping, transformation logic, and error handling Lead solution design reviews and collaborate with internal Engineering teams to address custom integration needs Identify opportunities to standardize and templatize repeatable integration patterns What Success Looks Like
Within the first 90 days, you’ve established trust with client IT teams and internal stakeholders, successfully leading discovery sessions and creating clear integration strategies. You consistently deliver high-quality integration solutions on time, with measurable improvements in data validation, system performance, and client satisfaction. You’ve introduced repeatable practices for integration, validation, and deployment that reduce risk and accelerate time-to-value for clients.
