Information Technology Services manages enterprise-wide technology and security functions, utilizing cloud computing, automation, AI, and machine learning within Agile teams.

Responsibilities

Establish a technical roadmap considering value outcomes, costs, supportability, and performance.

Ensure integration, data, security, and architecture design throughout the platform lifecycle.

Deliver technical solutions aligned with business goals.

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.

Innovate and improve technical services based on user and enterprise feedback.

Participate in communities of interest to share knowledge and understand business needs.

Develop deep technical knowledge of domain systems, solutions, and services.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related; AWS Solutions Architect and Salesforce Admin certifications preferred.

10+ years in IT, with expertise in AWS SES, mail relay, email protocols, scripting (PowerShell, Python, Ruby, Java).

Experience with AWS services (Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, EC2, RDS, DynamoDB), cloud technologies, and platform integration.

Experience with Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, Git, and security in cloud environments.

Design and maintain AWS SES infrastructure, optimize email deliverability, and ensure compliance.

Provide technical support and work cross-functionally with teams.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills; stay updated on AWS SES advancements.

Additional Requirements

Regular attendance and effective communication skills.

Ability to work in a home environment with moderate noise.
