Financial Due Diligence Manager

I’m working with a national healthcare-focused advisory client that is expanding their Financial Due Diligence practice. They’ve completed tens of thousands of engagements across the U.S. and are a trusted partner to health systems, physician groups, private equity firms, and investment banks. This group is looking for a Manager to lead transaction advisory engagements and play a key role in growing the practice. The right person will bring strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to work directly with executives and investors on high-profile healthcare deals. Role Highlights Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements within the healthcare space. Manage and mentor teams while ensuring timely, accurate deliverables. Partner with private equity firms, investment banks, and healthcare operators across the U.S. Drive Quality of Revenue (QoR) analyses and transaction modeling. Support business development efforts and help expand client relationships. What They’re Looking For 5 years of M&A / Transaction Advisory Services experience (Big 4 or national advisory background preferred). CPA required; strong GAAP and transaction accounting knowledge. Prior healthcare industry experience is a must. Strong Excel / PowerPoint skills, plus excellent communication and project management ability.
