FirstService Residential . This is a full-time, on-site position at a luxury high-rise rental building in the Greenpoint neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York. The weekly schedule is Wednesday through Sunday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Responsibilities

Coordinate the property’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve the community’s revenue and occupancy goals, including greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, showing apartments, processing applications, tenant screening, and preparing leases. Stay informed about current market and competitor conditions. Assist with short- and long-term marketing plans and goals to sustain occupancy, under the oversight of the General Manager. Design and execute marketing activities to create and drive traffic to the community. Use on-site property management software (OnSite, Yardi, etc.). Track apartment availability, record traffic and leasing activities, and manage resident and prospect data. Ensure show units meet Best Practice standards by daily inspecting the leasing tour. Follow up with prospects and new residents to maintain closing ratios and move-in standards. When needed, support the lease renewal program by preparing renewal letters and packages, meeting with renewing residents, and ensuring renewal documents are signed and implemented on time. Respond quickly and courteously to resident and client/owner concerns and questions, and take prompt action to solve problems or document requests. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required. Three to four years of experience in New York City residential rental property management required; affordable housing experience is strongly desirable. Fair housing certificate required within 30 days of hire. Superior verbal and written communications skills and proven customer service experience. Ability to work effectively with coworkers, clients, and residents and to provide constructive, practical solutions. High energy, ability to multi-task and prioritize projects. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows; experience with property management software (including AvidXchange, ClickPay) preferred. What We Offer
