Oversee the full project lifecycle from preconstruction through final completion Develop and manage schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and cost forecasts Coordinate with Superintendents, Engineers, subcontractors, and clients Handle contract administration, change orders, RFIs, and project documentation Conduct site visits and ensure alignment with plans, timelines, and safety standards Proactively identify and mitigate risks and field challenges Ensure environmental and regulatory compliance Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of accountability and improvement Qualifications
10+ years in heavy civil or marine construction, with at least 3 years in project management Expertise in pile driving, dredging, cofferdam construction, and marine foundations Ability to lead diverse teams and manage subcontractors on complex projects Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, or Primavera P6 Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (required) PMP, CCM, OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR certification (preferred) Willingness to travel and work extended hours as needed Preferred Experience
Managing construction of marine structures such as piers, docks, or offshore platforms Familiarity with regulatory and environmental compliance in coastal zones Knowledge of underwater construction and marine asset logistics (barges, tugs, cranes) Benefits
