Join to apply for the Director of Community Relations - Silver Creek Inn role at Koelsch Communities. This is a full-time opportunity with Monday–Friday schedule, weekends as needed. Compensation:
Earn between $75,000 and $80,000, dependent on experience; salaried/exempt position with bonus opportunities. Responsibilities
Be the community leader responsible for providing the highest level of customer service, including building a prospect base, responding to inquiries, generating and giving community tours, and performing purposeful follow-up Coordinate the annual and monthly marketing action plans Maintain census rates and inquiry history Maintain marketing collateral Coordinate for all move-ins Maintain mailing and follow-up calls with customers and referrals Complete a weekly marketing report Maintain guest and showrooms Communicate regularly with department managers, community leaders, and other marketing staff Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications
Sales and marketing experience Experience working in the senior living industry is preferred Effective leader who loves working with seniors Team-focused with a strong commitment to customer service Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire and routinely Must pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public Benefits
