Assistant Store Manager
supports the Store Manager in the staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store for
Spirit Halloween . Responsibilities
Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store. Assist in establishing and maintaining Guest Services and ensuring high quality customer service. Develop and coach store staff, control expenses, shrinkage, and oversee merchandising and inventory control to help maximize sales and profitability. Qualifications
Prior retail management experience is required. The minimum age requirement is 18; must have a flexible schedule. Physical demands include 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Benefits
Hourly rate ranges from $16.00 - $16.25 per hour (dependent upon qualifications and experience). Benefits include: Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs, End of Season Premium Pay Program. All bonus and pay programs subject to qualifications.
