We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead a service center and help us continue to deliver the right parts to customers when they need them. Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day service center operations and provide leadership to the customer service team Manage service center operations to meet/exceed P&L objectives Coach, mentor, hire, train, and develop service center personnel Support customers and our service team across pre-sale, point-of-sale, and post-sale activities Meet customer and shipment metrics, including time to fill, expediting orders, and quoting Develop, implement, and monitor programs related to product promotion, inside sales, and office and warehouse functions, and measure results Assist account managers in identifying, acquiring, and retaining customers Manage inventory, receivables, expenses, and profit/loss accounting Review monthly reports and oversee petty cash balancing Maintain high levels of customer relations and use key metrics to drive best practices Manage vendor relationships and foster a positive, dynamic work environment Qualifications

2+ years of proven sales or customer service leadership experience in an industrial setting or parts counter High school diploma or GED Solid understanding of financial and accounting concepts Computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn our ordering system Industrial sales/distribution experience preferred Service center experience preferred ERP/SAP experience is a plus Applied Industrial Technologies is built on a philosophy that puts people first.
