Manage day-to-day operations of luxury properties. Perform weekly property walkthroughs to identify issues, track repairs, and ensure homes remain in excellent condition. Ensure property care meets Luxe Haus standards. Conduct detailed property inspections before and after guest stays. Maintain property inventory (linens, amenities, supplies). Serve as point of contact for guests during their stay for maintenance needs, providing exceptional service and quick resolution of issues. Coordinate scheduling and supervision of maintenance, landscaping, pool services, and other vendors. Operate and troubleshoot home automation systems (lighting, climate, security, smart home devices). Prepare properties for guest arrivals, ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience. Report and track property damages, repairs, and ongoing maintenance needs. Support property owners with updates, communication, and care of their investment. Maintenance work within properties. What You Bring

Previous hospitality, hotel, or property management experience preferred (luxury/vacation rental experience preferred). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously. Proficient with basic technology (scheduling software, messaging apps, email). Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Familiarity with home automation systems and smart-home technology. Flexible schedule, including availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Competitive hourly pay ($25–$35/hour). Full benefits package including health, dental, and vision. Paid time off (PTO).
