R-21360Job DescriptionPosition Information:Locaiton: Augusta, MESalary: $114,300 - $142,900Schedule: On Site - Office**Job Summary**The Senior Technical Project Manager reports to the Senior Manager within the Projects and Processes Control Center organization, which is responsible for both executing critical operating systems and infrastructure projects to help enable grid modernization and supporting Energy Control Center compliance. This position is responsible for managing these complex projects, and requires close collaboration with peers across Connecticut, Maine, and New York and other groups, particularly Electric and Gas Operations and Operational Smart Grids (e.g., Control Systems & Automation, Smart Metering, Infrastructure & Compliance, and Telecommunications).**Key Responsibilities*** Leads the development of project scope, schedule, transition plans, and lessons learned* Measures and tracks project risks, milestones, and performance metrics* Manages project financials, including budget development and variance tracking, benefit-cost analyses, forecasts, and procurement processes from the business side* Evaluates and adheres to regulatory and compliance reporting requirements* Makes recommendations to business areas then implements solutions to promote efficiencies* Oversees vendor engagements and contract management* Leads cross-functional teams on the development then execution of testing and training plans and development of technical requirements, resource plans, and disaster recovery environments as applicable, among other duties**Education & Experience*** Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience preferred* Experience leading technical cross-functional teams required* Experience navigating procurement processes, including the development of RFPs and contract requirements, required* Experience with budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and payment and accrual processes required* Experience using project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, Smartsheet) required* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP required* Demonstrated track record of driving decision-making, learning new technologies and systems, and building cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders required.* Experience with Change Management and Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) standards and processes preferred* Related certifications (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma) preferred* Experience working in IT / OT (e.g., telecommunications, network or systems engineering, application support) project management and/or operations, preferred* Experience working in electric and/or gas utilities preferred#LI-Onsite; #LI-CH1**Company:**CENTRAL MAINE POWER CO**Información Movilidad**
