What you will do
Engage with senior-level stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to understand their strategic objectives and translate them into actionable project plans.
Conduct project kickoff and act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic guidance and insights to optimize supply chain processes and maximize the value of our software solutions, fostering strong relationships and ensuring open and transparent communication.
Lead project teams consisting of cross-functional members. Manage team interests and expectations, fostering collaboration and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress, track KPIs, identify project risks (technical, operational, and market-related), and develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize potential impact.
Conduct regular project status meetings with clients and internal teams to provide updates, address concerns, and manage expectations.
Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support to develop their skills and capabilities.
Document and maintain project documentation, including project plans, requirements, test cases, and issue logs, to support project governance and compliance.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization and resource reallocation to maximize project efficiency and profitability.
What we are looking for Primary Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Supply Chain, Business or related post-secondary education.
7+ years demonstrated progressive experience in project management.
Experience across full project life cycle, including scopes/goals for projects with budgets exceeding $1 million.
Ability to articulate complex technology solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
Strong leadership and influencing skills; ability to inspire cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and make strategic decisions to drive project success.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Role-specific Skills and Experience
Extensive knowledge of supply chain processes, logistics operations, and enterprise software solutions.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Willingness to travel as needed for project execution and client interactions.
