Engage with senior-level stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to understand strategic objectives and translate them into actionable project plans. Lead project kickoff and act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic guidance to optimize supply chain processes and maximize the value of our software solutions. Manage cross-functional project teams, aligning interests and expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project progress, track KPIs, identify risks (technical, operational, market-related), and develop risk mitigation strategies. Conduct regular status meetings with clients and internal teams to provide updates and manage expectations. Mentor and coach junior team members to develop their skills and capabilities. Document and maintain project documentation (plans, requirements, test cases, issue logs) to support governance and compliance. Identify opportunities for cost optimization and resource reallocation to maximize project efficiency and profitability. What we are looking for
Primary Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, Business or related field. 7+ years of progressive experience in project management. Experience managing full project lifecycles for projects with budgets exceeding $1 million. Ability to articulate complex technology solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Strong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams. Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and make strategic decisions to drive project success. Detail-oriented, organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Role-specific Skills and Experience
Extensive knowledge of supply chain processes, logistics operations, and enterprise software solutions. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Willingness to travel as needed for project execution and client interactions. About the work with Kinaxis
