Job Summary The Project Coordinator will play a key role in participant recruitment and program coordination. This position will focus on building relationships with parents, students, school staff, and community partners to ensure successful enrollment and participation in the program. Once recruitment is complete, the coordinator will assist with program logistics and help form and sustain relationships with local community organizations to strengthen ongoing partnerships. Responsibilities

Recruiting families through in-person outreach. Building relationships with school staff and caregivers. Tracking recruitment progress. Scheduling program delivery across schools. Coordinating team assignments and transportation. Implementing the intervention. Sustaining connections with community organizations. Provide on-site support during data collection events. Competencies

Organizational and communication skills. Familiarity with Google Docs/Sheets. Strong Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets). Prior experience in conducting qualitative or quantitative research. Education, Experience, or Certifications

Education Undergraduate degree in social work, psychology, education, sociology, or other related field required. Experience Experience working in schools required. Experience working in community settings, particularly with underserved populations and/or youth and families preferred. Prior experience in participant recruitment for community programs or studies required. Working Conditions

Able to drive to local schools and off-campus locations using their personal vehicle. Reliable transportation is required (mileage reimbursed). Required Documents
