Job Description Overseeing scheduling, budgets, documentation, etc. of project from beginning to end Ability to hire, train, develop and manage a team of Project Managers by providing intentional and proactive leadership Oversee the management of successful construction projects Prepare and analyze bids Preparing reports on construction progress and cost for clients Be client-facing and maintain the client relationship Negotiate, award, and administer all subcontractors, purchase orders, and change orders on construction projects Travel to job site 1-2 days a week
