Job Description
Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to stay on schedule and within budget. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards. Conduct regular site visits and project meetings to provide leadership and resolve issues. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including owners, investors, and internal teams. The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's Degree in Construction or Civil Engineering preferred but not required Experience on mid to large size projects 5+ years of experience preferred Ability to hire, train, and develop a team of Project Managers Preconstruction experience Proficient in ProCore, Bluebeam, CMIC preferred Interpersonal communication Ability to adapt to ensure project success Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Projects What's on Offer
A competitive base salary between $100,000-$120,000 (Depending on Experience) Competitive bonus structure, project/profit based.
