As a Senior Operations Manager at Commure + Athelas, you will play a pivotal role in our Operations team focusing on Revenue-Cycle Management, working across the organization (Product, Eng, Operations, Sales, Account Management) to define critical business processes. You will have end-to-end ownership—ensuring efficient execution for clients and driving business metrics. This is a high-visibility, high-impact, high-autonomy role that will expand to cover additional business problem areas as the company grows. This full-time position requires working 5 days a week in our Mountain View, CA office. What You'll Do
Ensure the efficient and timely execution of all essential aspects of internal operations projects, from project initiation to launch. Engage in cross-functional collaboration with key internal stakeholders, including Product, Engineering, Billing, Launcher, Account Management, and other Operations teams. Contribute to the design and implementation of systems and processes that facilitate scalability and efficiency. Break down complex, challenging business problems. Own execution and outcomes. Drive operational metrics (process throughput, defect rate, etc.). Understand the business in-and-out to be proactive about solving emerging problems. What You Have
4-7 years experience in consulting, investment banking, or in operations at a fast-paced SaaS tech company. Experience with data analysis and developing data-driven solutions to new challenges. Deep experience in data analysis (SQL and Excel strongly preferred). Basic open-resource SQL assessment may be part of the interview process. Demonstrated drive, intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and a proven record of success. Ability to oversee the entire project management process, ensuring timely and qualitative onboarding and continuous improvement of key metrics. Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, and engineering teams to address internal needs and support company objectives. Proficiency in documenting and developing best practices to enable incremental improvement and optimization for Internal Ops processes. Expertise in project management with experience deploying multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Truth Seeker: relentless in seeking truth, asking questions, and understanding customer requests. Comfort in Chaos: comfortable working autonomously, able to prioritize and identify blockers. Proficient in Retool; G Suite is a plus. Experience in the RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) space is a bonus. Compensation & Location
