Starbucks is seeking a Manager, Digital Product Strategy & Services to lead the strategy and execution of B2B digital solutions, partnering with supply chain & ops to improve operational processes, and incubating new opportunities for growth. The role will be responsible for developing and driving digital strategy, leading planning and execution, optimizing operations and process excellence, consulting on inventory value chain, and managing others. Responsibilities include: Develop and drive digital strategy Lead planning and execution Optimize operations and process excellence Consult on inventory value chain Manage others Lead the development of new services Requirements: 6-8+ years of experience in digital product management, product strategy, or digital/technology strategy 5-7+ years of project & program leadership in a highly matrixed, cross-functional environment 5-7+ years of people management experience Strong business fluency (P&L awareness, business case development, budget management) Experience with Salesforce platforms & capabilities (e.g., Sales Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud) Experience in supply chain optimization, inventory management solutions, distribution, and CPG forecasting/planning Benefits include medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance, and other voluntary insurance benefits, as well as access to a 401(k) retirement plan with employer match and a discounted company stock program.
