Maintenance Director - Full-Time Day/Evening. Wages up to $28/hr. We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team to lead maintenance for the center. Summary of position
Responsible for overall maintenance of the center and maintenance budget. Duties include preventative maintenance and repairs inside and outside the center providing a safe, attractive and orderly environment for the benefit, use, enjoyment and protection of residents, employees and center visitors. Conducts routine tests and inspections on center systems such as emergency generator, sprinkler systems, door alarms, call light system, hood/duct system and hot water systems. Responsible for fire drills, and initiating/updating the fire and disaster preparedness plans. Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all center maintenance activities on a daily basis. Perform preventative maintenance and repairs inside and outside the center. Test and inspect center systems (emergency generator, sprinkler systems, door alarms, call light system, hood/duct system, hot water systems). Conduct fire drills and update fire and disaster preparedness plans. Ensure a safe, attractive, and orderly environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Qualifications
High School diploma (or equivalent) At least 2 years of prior maintenance experience Valid driver’s license Satisfactory driving record with no more than three moving violations in the past three years No record of Reckless Driving or DUI/DWI in the past seven years Competence in electricity, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, carpentry, plastering and painting Ability to plan, organize, prioritize Ability to read, write, speak and understand English Computer proficiency with Microsoft products Able to work on-call Benefits
