Responsibilities As the
Director of Quality and Performance
for Key Rehab, you will be responsible for advancing quality therapy services and driving performance improvement strategies that promote clinical excellence and improve patient outcomes. This role provides PDPM consultation and conducts audits to improve therapy processes and optimize reimbursement. The Clinical Services Director provides clinical support to therapy operations leadership and regional clinical teams in the assigned territory (Iowa, Nebraska and Minnesota).
Qualifications Education:
Completion of an accredited physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech-language pathology program
Experience:
Required:
Five (5) years of clinical experience.
Three (3) years of leadership or consulting experience in a skilled nursing setting.
Deep understanding of the Patient-Driven Payment Model (PDPM), RAI process, and therapy documentation standards.
Strong knowledge of federal and state regulatory requirements in post-acute care.
Experience in analyzing clinical data and managing clinical metrics and leading quality improvement initiatives.
Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
Ability to travel regionally as needed.
Preferred: Previous experience in a home health setting.
License/Certification:
Active Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
