We are looking for a
Sr. Associate Product Manager for the Referrals platform, CX Optimization
role at
Capital One . This role is part of the Referrals platform team and supports the Referrals capability across Card LOBs. The Associate will own the product for a full-stack platform tech team and drive CX optimization across the end-to-end Referrals journey. Responsibilities
Work closely with design, mobile, site, and business teams to discover, refine, build, test, and monitor horizontal CX improvements. Gather and analyze customer sentiment about the experience to identify gaps and opportunities. Implement technical enhancements that enable better management or easier delivery of new front-end experiences. Product Management Overview

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or military experience At least 1 year of product management experience or related experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering 1+ year translating business strategy or analysis into consumer-facing digital products 1+ year working on core product platforms powering digital experiences 1+ year working with cross-functional teams as a product owner in an agile process Notes
