The IT Revenue Cycle Support Group (RCS) is responsible for supporting the Revenue Cycle applications for all acute and ambulatory entities, including contributing to project teams, testing new releases and custom processes and data validation. This group is currently working on a project to implement Oracle Health Patient Accounting. This position is required to provide uninterrupted support and maintain day to day operations of the Revenue Cycle applications currently being used as well as participate in the project to implement the new application. Responsibilities

Business Outcomes: Relentless focus on delivering outcomes and value to the business. Partner with internal customers to understand needs related to service excellence; determine actions and make actionable recommendations to achieve desired results. Lead cross-functional teams or projects, provide oversight or leadership, and maintain documentation in shared repositories (e.g., SharePoint or Teams). Technology Standards: Establish and define processes, documentation, standards for quality, and mentor junior team members. Provide leadership for stakeholders and committees guiding design, implementation and maintenance of complex system specifications and processes. Innovation and Futures: Analyze and report on complex customer needs; research new developments and upgraded systems. Advisor & Partner: Develop strong relationships with internal and business partners; collaborate on application design, system optimization, data transfers, and stay current on emerging technologies. Communication: Present information to diverse audiences, promote open communication, and adapt messaging as needed. Measurements: Develop and track KPIs; clearly define success metrics and monitor progress. Strategic: Design and administer standards and policies for documentation; ensure department and company standards are implemented. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work in a fast-paced environment with potential conflicting priorities; may lead cross-functional teams and troubleshoot issues with escalation as needed. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications Must possess strong technical and business knowledge typically obtained with a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Epidemiology, Computer Sciences, Process Engineering, Business, Healthcare, Information Systems or a related field. A minimum of four to seven years of experience or equivalent in one or more areas such as reporting/analytics in clinical, financial, insurance, utilization, patient satisfaction, supply chain, HR, clinical application configuration, or related field. Strong cross-functional knowledge to act as liaison, with excellent project management, communication, interpersonal and critical thinking skills. Proficiency in SQL/ANSI SQL, SAS, Tableau, Excel, and related clinical software applications is preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience with system implementation and project management. Additional experience with Cerner, NextGen, Centricity, TSI, Quality Advisor, SAS or SSRS and advanced report writing applications. Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field. Advanced knowledge in the area of expertise. Additional Related Education And/or Experience Preferred.
