IT Solution Analyst III Revenue Cycle Support

The IT Revenue Cycle Support Group (RCS) is responsible for supporting the Revenue Cycle applications for all acute and ambulatory entities, including: contributing to project teams, testing new releases and custom processes, and data validation. The role provides uninterrupted support and maintains day-to-day operations of the Revenue Cycle applications and participates in the project to implement a new application (Oracle Health Patient Accounting). Core functions include: Deliver business outcomes by partnering with internal customers to understand needs and drive value; lead cross-functional teams or projects and maintain documentation in shared repositories. Establish technology standards, provide expert advice, mentor junior team members, and guide design, implementation, and maintenance of complex applications and systems. Analyze, report on complex customer needs, and support identification and research of new developments and upgrades. Develop strong relationships with internal and business partners, collaborating on application design, system optimization, data transfers, and emerging technologies. Communicate effectively with diverse audiences; facilitate meetings, encourage input, and adapt messaging accordingly. Define and track Key Performance Indicators and ensure alignment with strategic goals. Design and administer standards and policies for documentation; ensure department and company standards are implemented. Lead or participate in cross-functional teams and project management activities; troubleshoot and escalate issues as needed. Minimum Qualifications
Must possess strong technical and business knowledge typically obtained with a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Epidemiology, Computer Science, Process Engineering, Business, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field. Requires four to seven years of experience in one or more areas such as reporting/analytics, clinical, financial, insurance, utilization, patient experience, supply chain, HR, or clinical application configuration. Strong project management, independent work capability, and excellent communication and critical thinking skills. Proficiency in SQL (ANSI SQL), SAS, Tableau, Excel, and relevant clinical software applications. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with system implementation and project management; familiarity with Cerner, NextGen, Centricity, TSI, Quality Advisor, SAS or SSRS; advanced reporting skills. Master’s degree or higher in a related field; advanced knowledge in area of expertise. Additional Information
