The Division of Nuclear Medicine in the Department of Radiology at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine is seeking to fill a full-time faculty position at the rank of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor or Professor on the Clinical Educator track, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Job Duties

Provide interpretations of plain film, CT and MR studies from multiple facilities, including Jackson Memorial Hospital. Provide clinical care/consultation, teaching of trainees, service, and potential involvement in research. Participate in grand rounds, journal clubs, multidisciplinary conferences; serve on departmental and institutional committees. Recruit, train, and mentor other faculty and staff physicians. Conduct research and publish papers in academic journals. Represent the university at conferences and deliver presentations when necessary. Teach and supervise undergraduate and graduate students. Attend faculty and departmental meetings and voice concerns or provide suggestions for improvement. Facility resources include state-of-the-art PET/CT, SPECT/CT and gamma camera equipment with dedicated nuclear medicine post-processing and advanced analysis. Newer additions include capabilities for Artificial Intelligence integration into the workflow. Job Qualifications

Professional Experience Qualifications: Experience in all facets of Nuclear Medicine Diagnostic Imaging. Experience in Radiopharmaceutical Therapy and Theranostics is highly desired. Candidates should be Nuclear Medicine (ABNM) and Diagnostic Radiology (ABR) Board certified or Board eligible. M.D. or D.O., Ph.D or foreign equivalent; eligible for full medical licensure in the State of Florida. Excellence in academic achievement demonstrated by a record of scientific presentations and/or publications. To be eligible for University sponsorship for an H-1B visa, graduates of foreign medical schools must show successful completion of all three steps of the USMLE or equivalent as determined by the Secretary of Health and Human Services. The successful applicant will join a group of six Nuclear Medicine Radiologists who practice at Jackson Memorial Hospital and the University of Miami Hospital and Clinics.
