Assistant Professor Primary Role & FTE

Position: cFTE 1.0 Location

Primary site at Emory Saint Joseph Hospital (ESJH) Clinical Service Expectations and Administrative Role

9 clinical sessions per week with effort divided among outpatient clinic and inpatient consultative service at ESJH Interpretation of Echocardiograms and Cardiac CT and CTA One day of outreach clinic at a site TBD Full participation in the Cardiology on-call rotation at ESJH 1 session per week for administrative activities Note:

Clinical duties are subject to change at the discretion of the Emory Heart & Vascular Executive Director as dictated by operational and strategic needs of the service line. Teaching Expectations

Note, in keeping with the School of Medicine Guidelines for Appointment, Promotion and Tenure, upon joining Emory you would be expected to participate in teaching, which may include occasional lectures, small group and bedside teaching, preceptorship, and mentorship. You will engage in other scholarly or academic activities. Note: Position tasks are required to be performed in-person at an Emory University location; remote work is not an option.
