As a group marketing manager, you will… Lead a high performance team to define and lead Starbucks’ integrated media strategy across all channels (digital, social, video, audio, out-of-home, and emerging platforms) for key campaigns and go-to-market opportunities. Oversee Starbucks’ campaign investments, ensuring optimization of spend, performance measurement, and alignment with company objectives. Manage agency relationships and internal media stakeholders and operations, driving strategy, accountability, and breakthrough thinking. Partner cross-functionally to translate campaign strategy into media plans that engage customers. We’d Love To Hear From People With 6+ years of progressive experience in media planning and investment, preferably with retail, CPG, or global brand experience. Proven track record of leading integrated media strategy, budget oversight, and performance optimization. Experience managing agency partners and large-scale media budgets. Strong communication and influencing skills; able to confidently present to senior leadership. MBA preferred.
