Oversee and integrate all manufacturing and operational functions, ensuring production, automation, quality, and supply chain systems operate efficiently, safely, and in alignment with company values. Lead production, maintenance, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams (scheduling and purchasing). Drive expansion of automation in welding and fabrication processes to improve precision, throughput, and consistency. Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives across operations. Develop a vision for manufacturing processes and flow, including long-term capital planning and technology integration in Operations. Champion WireCrafters Core Values of Customer Focus, Value People, Innovation, Integrity and Quality. Requirements
10 - 15+ years manufacturing leadership, ideally in metal fabrication and welding automation. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related discipline (Master’s preferred). Proven success implementing automation, including welding or advanced fabrication technologies. Proven track record of cross-functional leadership and teamwork development across production, engineering, quality, and supply chain. Excellent communication, coaching, and change management skills. Strong background in Lean/Six Sigma and operational transformation. Effective facilitator of cross-functional teams. Skilled in financial management, capital planning, and KPI-driven reporting and decision-making. Seniority level
