We value curious and ambitious people open to opportunities across locations within our company. The Supply Chain Trainee Program (SCTP) is designed to jump-start your career. Throughout the program, SCTPs gain a 360° view of the supply chain by exposure to operations in one of our Sales & Distribution Centers, Breweries, or Logistics Central Services teams. This program starts your journey as a front-line manager or specialist and provides experiences to become a future leader in our organization. Job Responsibilities
Rotate through the functions in field warehouses or Central Services teams to gain a holistic understanding of the site. Gain front-line experience, lead teams and/or execute operational processes, and learn the business hands-on. Learn about Supply Chain support functions and other functions within our facilities. Prepare for first placement as a front-line manager in Sales & Distribution Centers, Breweries, or as a Specialist within Central Services teams. Development opportunities to boost Supply Chain skillset through leadership and functional trainings. Project work with real business impact – solving a problem or implementing an improvement in the supply chain. Exposure to senior leaders and mentorship throughout the program. Job Qualifications
Current university student or recent graduate with Bachelor's Degree; GPA 3.0 or greater. Background in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business may help; all majors are accepted. Geographical & Functional mobility – open to roles and locations across the U.S. during the 12-month program and beyond. Leverages data and insights to provide effective solutions to complex problems. Demonstrates leadership capability in prior work or extracurricular activities. Self-motivated to drive results and exceed expectations. Effective in team settings, actively listens, seeks diverse opinions, and fosters inclusion. Thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple projects and teams, and adapts to change. Openness to new ideas, curiosity, and willingness to understand the "why" behind processes. Continually questions the status quo and seeks opportunities to improve processes; willing to take calculated risks.
