Manage subcontract functions for a project or office, establishing and implementing effective subcontract management systems, methods and procedures. Lead subcontract management strategy development and implementation; provide guidance on subcontract management matters to subcontract personnel; prepare and present internal and external subcontract management presentations. Apply contract management principles to complex scope and support the department/project management team in forming and administering subcontracts in compliance with procedures and processes. Serve as the liaison with Legal, Project Controls, Accounting, and Engineering/Department regarding terms, costs, and technical content. WORK PERFORMED

Direct subcontract formation process on assigned projects. Explain, teach, and ensure compliance with contracting policies and procedures. Review standard subcontracts for compliance prior to execution. Ensure proper handling of subcontracts, support documentation, and related files. Participate in internal self-audits of the subcontracting process. Assist in developing procedures as required. Prepare subcontracting activity reports. Maintain liaison with Subcontract Coordinators for proper administration. Direct development of individual subcontracting plans. Support the development of project-specific flow-downs from the prime contract. Participate in project support activities, including subcontract execution plans and related reporting. Perform sourcing and pre-qualification of bidders. Prepare and issue Requests for Proposals and addendums. Negotiate, form, and award subcontracts; manage claims and correspondence. Interface with procurement, accounting systems, and related activities. Administer subcontracts, including management of subcontractors and invoices. Subcontract closeouts. Support terms and conditions negotiations and development/administration of Master Services Agreements. Maintain procedure-compliant filing of subcontract documentation. About You

Essential requirements: Education:

Bachelor degree or relevant industry experience Skills: Knowledge of contracting and procurement policies and procedures and how to apply them. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, monitor progress, and meet deadlines. Ability to work effectively in a multifunctional team. Previous Experience:

Minimum of 8–10 years of related experience specializing in subcontracts formation and administration in the Oil and Gas industry. Demonstrated leadership, experience purchasing materials and services of high value, excellent communication (verbal and written), strong analytical skills, and familiarity with subcontract management systems, KPIs, MRP, and general IT tools. Candidate must be able to present complex information clearly to customers and company personnel using clear methods. Inclusion Standards
