We are looking for a Tax Manager to join our team and support our growing client list. You\'ll leverage your expertise in tax matters and client relations to manage a client portfolio, deliver high-quality service, tackle complex tax issues, craft strategic solutions, and provide risk management guidance. You\'ll collaborate with members across ODC and foster a fun, growth-oriented environment. The role includes mentorship and coaching to support continuous professional development. Key Responsibilities
Manage client portfolio, delivering high-quality service. Ensure accuracy and compliance in preparation, review, and timely filing of all tax forms. Provide tax provision preparation, review, and support on complex engagements. Enhance efficiency across project initiatives. Mentor and develop team members to support professional growth. Stay up-to-date with tax regulations, conduct diligent research, and provide consultation on complex tax matters. Contribute to business development and departmental efficiency improvements. Required Qualifications
CPA or EA 7+ years of related experience Experience directly managing and interacting with clients through various channels Strong interpersonal and communication skills Attention to detail Proficiency with tax preparation and accounting software Preferred Qualifications
Advanced knowledge of CCH Axcess and QuickBooks Substantial knowledge of 1040, 1041, Partnerships, S-Corps, and 1099 Who We Look For

The annual base salary range for this role is $100,000-$150,000. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, and skill level.
