We are looking for a Tax Manager for our Trust and Estates team. You’ll leverage your expertise in trust and estates tax matters (706, 709, 1041) and client relations to manage a national client list, deliver high-quality service, tackle complex tax issues, craft strategic solutions, and provide risk management guidance. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across ODC and mentor the team to drive growth and professional development in a positive, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities

Manage client portfolio, delivering high-quality service. Ensure accuracy and compliance with preparation, review, and timely filing of all tax forms. Perform initial and/or final review of work products from managers, tax seniors, staff, and interns. Enhance efficiency across project initiatives. Mentor and support professional development within the team. Stay up to date with tax regulations, conduct research, and advise on complex tax matters. Support business development and departmental efficiency improvements. Qualifications

Required CPA or EA Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field 7+ years of public accounting experience Trust & Estate tax expertise Experience directly managing and interacting with clients through various channels Strong interpersonal and communication skills Attention to detail Proficiency with tax preparation and accounting software Preferred Advanced knowledge of accounting software: QuickBooks, CCH Axcess, Engagement, Thomson Reuters, UltraTax Knowledge of 706, 709, 1040, 1041, Partnerships, S-Corps, and 1099 Experience with individual clients, high net worth individuals, trusts & estates, state tax, and pensions Who We Look For A perceptive team-player who excels in a progressive environment, with sharp analytical skills and exceptional communication.
